Data capture
PTime/2 starts up with the dialog for time capturing.
Only enter the starting and ending time, similar to the cells
of a spread sheet. The cell period will be automatically updated.
Then click with the right mouse button on the field project. A list with all
active projects will appear. Choose the project requested. In addition,
you can enter a comment in the field description which will appear in the progress
report later on.
Monthly evaluation

Do you wish to have an overview, e.g of the current month? You can switch to
the notebook page Evaluation with one click. A further notebook appears
with the page Month selected. Now you can see a chart on this page.
It contains those projects for which working hours in the selected month arose.
For each day of the month you can see how much working hours were spent on the
respective project. Furthermore the monthly sum will be shown for each project.

Viewing Progress report

If you have completed data capture you will be able to make evaluations,
e. g. a monthly progress report. Therefore select Reports
in the uppermost notebook. Then Progress report in the subordinate notebook.
In the uppermost line of this dialog the month and the year is selected.
On the left side you see two list boxes. The upper one indicates all projects
involved in this month. Now select the desired project.
The listbox below indicates all employees who were working in this project.
Select the desired employee and you see in the large listbox beside all
activities of this employee with date, time, kind of the activity and the
description. Now you can, via the button print, make a print out of the
progress report or through button Preview look at the print out in advance.
